17- Beaches, Fun and Fishing

The following is a list of all our fishing packages. All prices are for the rental of the boat 'Aquaholic' (Make: Pursuit Express 3400). The prices hereby established are directly related to the conditions detailed in the Trip Description. All pricing described are prices per day.

All our packages includes the captain, first officer, ice and bottled water. The boat has a complete kitchenet with microwave oven, complete restroom, it also has a full bed for 2 adults and space for 2 more adults. The exterior cabin and the lower cabin has independent air conditioner.

Departures will be in Diablo Spinning Club / Panama.

Pleasure and Fishing Packages:

Pleasure A - Basic *$550.00 (Five Hundred and Fifty US Dollars)
Our starting option. Trip from Panama City to Taboga Island (15 nautical miles from the City of Panama). Spend the day at beautiful Taboga mini-archipielago. This trip has no extra stops other than Taboga area.

Pleasure B- Deluxe *750.00 (Seven Hundred and Fifty US Dollars)
Trip from Panama City to Taboga Island. This package includes everything that the Basic Package A includes plus a relaxing trip around Taboga, Amador and the Panama City Bay. Get your cameras ready!

Pleasure B- Deluxe *1250.00 (One Thousand Two Hundred and Fifty US Dollars per day)
So you´ve enjoyed Taboga, but have you been to the Pearl Islands? It is a gorgeous 40 plus island archipielago. Take advantage of one of the few arhipielagos in the American Pacific. In this trip to Contadora Island you will be able to enjoy the beaches of the Northern Pearl Islands. Who else can say they bathed in the same beaches featured in the reality adventure show 'Survivor'?

Pleasure C- Deluxe *1350.00 (One Thousand Three Hundred and Fifty US Dollars per day)
This trip is reserved for those that want to go far into the islands. This trip will take you far into the Southern Parts of the Pearl Islands. This trip is longer and as such will require that you sleep in a calm bay Isla del Rey. 2 day booking minimun. 4 Adults Maximum. Incidental fishing is encouraged, tackele gear included.

Fishing Package A- $1000 (One Thousand US Dollars per day)
Want to fish around the Island Coasts? This package will take you fishing behind Taboga Island, around the islands of Taboguilla, Uraba, Taplapa and Chama. This package includes Light Fishing tackle gear.

Fishing Package B- $1350 (One thousand Three hundred and fifty US Dollars per day)
You are serious about fishing. Let's go fishing offshore, just outside of the Pearl Islands Reefs, where you can find a wide variety of fishes (Dorado, Snapper, Grouper, Tuna, Amberjack, Wahoo, Sailfish and Marlin just to name a few). This package includes Medium tackle gear. Heavy Fishing Tackle gear also carried on board.

Fishing Package C-$1650 (One Thousand Six Hundred and Fifty US Dollars per day)
You are not serios when it comes to fishing, you are hardcore. Let´s go fishing beyond the Southernmost tip of the Pearl Islands, at 120 kms from Panama City. This trip will require you to sleep at a calm bay by the Pearl Islands. 2 days booking minimum, 4 adults maximum. This trip includes Heavy Fishing Tackle since masive Dorado are present at these distances. You have ever had a fishing experience like this.

Fishing Package D- The Ultimate $2000 (Two Thousand US Dollars)
Have you heard of Piñas Bay? Between the months of Janyary and March, Piñas Bay turns into the best place for Black Marlin Fishing. It is common to get massive Dorados and Sailfish that bite like they haven't seen a fishing lure before and let's not forget, the Marlin.

About Coiba Island in Coiba National Park, located in the southeastern part of the Republic of Panama, covering over 2,700 square miles of islands, forests, beaches, mangroves and coral reefs.
Among the spectacular marine and terrestrial environments of the PNC is the island of Coiba, the largest uninhabited island of tropical forests in the Americas. Eighty-five percent of the forests of Coiba Island are primary and virtually untouched, serving as a haven for birds and mammals found nowhere else in the world, as well as species that have disappeared in much of continent.

You could hear the howler monkeys and parrots in the morning while walking along the beach to go fishing. You may see A variety of interesting fauna passes through the grounds each day. It's as if you are in an aquarium full of life on Earth.

Transfer by motorboat to the islands of Coiba and Cébaco.

El Valle de Anton is a picturesque and beautiful mountain town in the Coclé Province that rises 600 meters above sea level.

It is located two hours from Panama City via the Pan-American Highway; it is the crater of a dormant volcano once the largest in Central America. The cool and pleasant climate in this picturesque valley rises 600 meters above sea level attracts visitors from all over the world.

El Valle has a variety of attractions such as Indian petro glyphs, hot springs, waterfalls, The Canopy Adventure (optional) that offers the opportunity to glide from the top of the trees and observe a rain forest from a perspective previously available only to a select few researches and photographers.

01-Panama City Panoramic Tours & Canal Locks

Every time you visit a new country is very advisable to get to now well the most important city or capital, or town where you are. Because once you begin to know their places, their history and way of life, you will better understand the culture, the people and the country.
This tour, will take you to visit Panama La Vieja site of the first city founded on the isthmus by the Spanish conquistadors. There if you feel like, you may want to climb up the Cathedral tower, visit the Old Panama Museum and then continue to Casco Viejo (the old city compound) which dates from the late 1600's. A bilingual guide will describe the historical events up to the move of the capital city to its present location. After this we go to the second colonial city of Panama, El Casco Viejo builds 73 years later, in 1673.

At Casco Viejo we will walk through the French Plaza and the surrounding area. (if you wish you may stay in the vehicle) The architecture here consists of colonial French, Italian, American, and Spanish styles. Afterwards, you will see the city from the top of Cerro Ancon or visit the Causeway and return to your hotel (for those that purchased the half day tour (3 to 4 hours).

The second part, will be the completion of the full day (for those that choose this tour visit (5-6 hours).

It continues with stop for lunch at a restaurant (lunch not included in price). After lunch we go to visit the Panama Canal area, including the town of Balboa, formerly part of the Panama Canal Zone. Visiting the Miraflores Locks at the Panama Canal where large ships can be seen transiting the canal. Enjoy a presentation by the Panama Canal Authority on the history of the Panama Canal and marvel at the workings of this feat of human engineering. Late afternoon you will return to your hotel in Panama City.
